Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Portable Oxygen Depot. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be in good, resellable condition
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email info@portableoxygendepot.com with your order information. Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost. Photos or video of the issue may be required for verification.

Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
• Portable Oxygen Depot covers all return shipping costs and related fees

For standard returns or change-of-mind purchases:
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• A 15% restocking fee may apply

Exchanges
Need a different item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@portableoxygendepot.com.
• Defective or incorrect products will be replaced at no charge
• Other exchanges are subject to product availability and possible price differences

Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Consumable accessories or separately purchased parts such as tubing or nasal cannulas
• Customized or personalized products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: Any accessories included with the original machine must also be returned. Missing components may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.

Refund Processing
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. Processing times from banks or credit card providers may vary.
